When I started my business, I was sure I could offer the same level of service as those who were already in the marketplace, at a more realistic price and in a more accessible and easy-to-understand way.
Over twenty years later I have the same view and the benefit of experience whilst continually seeking to improve the service. I still aim to match or better any other quotes a client receives.
The majority of my work is carried out in Plymouth, The South Hams, West Devon and Cornwall, as well as properties within the Dartmoor National Park. I have also worked further afield in Southampton, Hertfordshire, The New Forest and London and continue to take work from clients in other areas when requested, although this can involve extra costs.
The business concentrates principally on residential properties with a specialism in loft conversions and extensions; however, new build and alterations to commercial premises such as public houses or offices have also been a part of my portfolio. I also have experience of working on listed properties, within conservation areas and on large-scale country estates.
